Ditch Show #35 Listings: Thursday 30th May - Wednesday 5th June

Thursday, 30th May
The Bleeding Hearts Circus @ the Hoxton Hall. The circus company Airealism will perform an intimate cabaret dedicated to love in all it’s forms and there will be trapezes, silks, corde lisses and aerial hoopsTickets start at £8, sessions at 3 PM and 7 PM.

Basilar presents @ Babble Jar.  Alternative audio and visual night where DJs, Producers, VJs, Visual and Sound Artists perform live. Free and from 8 PM.


Friday, 31st May
Free range 2013 @ the Old Truman Brewery. A project that showcases the best in fashion, art, design, photography, motion arts, interiors and architecture. The initiative provides new creative graduates the opportunity to showcase their work on an international level. Free and happens from 6 PM but for the full schedule head to their website.


Saturday, 1st June
Cananival @ Regent's Canal. From 12 AM bands, performers, DJ's, and loads of weird stuff happening on boats. Free.

I've lived in east London for 85 1/2 years: Photographs of Joseph Markovitch by Martin Usborne @ the Hackney Museum. Martin met Joseph in Hoxton Square a few years ago and they become friends over the years so he took pictures of him since they met. Opening times are 10 AM to 5 PM and free.


Sunday, 2nd June
Karl Blossfeldt @ the Whitechapel Gallery. Free photography exhibition about the influence of this artist's photographs on the surrealists. From 11 AM to 6 PM.


Monday, 3rd June
Beach in the East @ Clifton Street. Pop up shop inside an old swimming pool. All the items have been chosen by  one of the biggest fashion creatives in the UK - Yasmin Sewell. From 10 AM.


Wednesday, 5th June
Sculptures by Karin Ruggaber @ Peer. This German artist likes to drag her art into shop windows and laptop screens to surprise and e in contact with the public in a very intimate approach. From 12 AM to 6 PM and free.
