Shakespeare in Hackney; ‘tis a mad world at Hoxton! @ Hoxton Hall. Jack Klaff interprets a long poem from 1609, called Pimlyco; ‘tis a mad world at Hoxton. It will be followed by a talk and discussion of its importance in the 17th century. From 7:30 PM and tickets from £4.


Friday, 24th May
Old school funk, soul, hip-hop tunes all night long @ Cargo. It's the Circus 83 that happens from 10 PM. Free until 10 PM and £10 after.


Saturday, 25th May
The London Sketchfest 2013 @ the Victorian vaults. Another edition of the annual festival that showcases and celebrates the best of British sketch comedy. Happens from 6 PM and tickets are £12.

Field day @ Victoria Park. All about the amazing this line-up and the after party at the Shaklewell Arms. From 1 PM and tickets are £54.90.


Sunday, 26th May
Secret Sundaze @ the Oval Space. Outdoor terrace party from 1 to 9 PM and tickets from £15.

Live Music and DJ's @ The Queen of Hoxton. Live performances from 4 PM and tickets start at £7.

Monday, 27th May
The war games exhibition @ the V&A Museum of Childhood. Learn how toys and war are related through the history of mankind in 4 sections. There is one that reveals how toys have actually been used in warfare to train, comfort, heal and aid escape people. From 10 AM to 5:45 PM daily and free.

Wednesday, 29th May
When saints go Machine album launch @ Concrete. This Danish four piece presents their new album Infinity Pool from 8 PM and there will be special appearances. Tickets start at £12.50.
